Azalan Kamayan Restaurant was established in 2019 namely as Cafe Pueblo Restaurant, located in Pueblo de Panay Township, Roxas City, Capiz. It was envisioned and brought to life by Mrs. Hyacinth O. Viterbo, driven by a deep passion for Filipino cuisine and special love for inasal na manok. This flavorful grilled chicken dish has become the heart of the menu, celebrated as the restaurant's signature offering and consistent favorite among guests.

I’ve never experienced anything like the Kamayan style of dining, and Azalan did it perfectly! The variety of dishes was amazing, and the flavors took me straight back to the Philippines. Definitely a must-try if you’re in the area.
